For many people, photographs represent our memories. Snapshots freeze in time past experiences with friends and family, good and bad times, milestones and events.

Ready?
In order to organize pictures, let’s start with identifying our intentions for the process. Think about the pictures you own.
Most people keep photographs for the following reasons:
- to remember important people or events
- to share their experiences and stories with others
- to preserve their memories and those of their ancestors for future generations
Take a few moments to jot down your intentions. Why do you want to organize your pictures?
Write your intentions in the present tense as if you are already experiencing them.
Here are some examples:
- “My photos are all preserved in a digital format so I can store and share them easily.”
- “My photos are organized so I can scrapbook them and share memories and my creativity with others.”
- “I have an organized system to store and back up my photos so I can keep them safe and share them easily.”
Now that you have your intentions, get ready to finally organize photographs like never before!
